Hair by Jen came to BAES wanting to update her imagery, tired of content that didn't reflect the level of work she was doing behind the chair. She needed visuals strong enough to carry her across both social and web, imagery that felt as elevated and distinct as her brand deserved.

That's where our work began. We started with a questionnaire and deep dive to get to know Jen and her brand on a deeper level, understanding what made her work different so the imagery could actually differentiate her in a crowded space rather than blend in.

From there, we went to work building the creative foundation: a moodboard to define the look, a shot list to guide the day, and a prop list to bring the details to life. Every piece was planned with intention so nothing was left to chance once cameras started rolling.

With the full team on set, we captured a full quarter's worth of content in a single shoot, from b-roll to elevated iPhone imagery to final photography. What started as a need for better imagery became a complete content library, built to carry Hair by Jen across social and web for months to come.
