LavION Wellness

When LavION launched, the challenge wasn't just introducing a new product to the market — it was introducing an entirely new category. Iontophoresis peptide patches aren't something most people have seen before, which meant the brand needed imagery that could do real explaining, not just look good in a grid. BAES built out LavION's launch photography from the ground up — product shots, brand imagery, and visual assets designed to make an unfamiliar product feel credible, premium, and worth a second look from the very first post.

Alongside the polished brand imagery, BAES layered in UGC-style content to give LavION the kind of trust signal launch photography alone can't provide. Real, lived-in content showing the product in actual use helped bridge the gap between "what is this" and "I want to try this," giving potential customers permission to believe the product worked before they'd ever tried it themselves.

Between larger shoots, monthly content sessions keep LavION's asset library moving. Fresh, ready-to-post visuals month over month mean the brand never has to stall its content calendar waiting on the next big production. Every product update, promotion, and new use case stays visually current, keeping the feed as fresh as the category LavION is still introducing.

The final piece was solving a problem most new-to-category products run into: people don't buy what they don't understand how to use. BAES produced a high-end how-to-use video for LavION's website, walking customers through the product step by step in a way that felt more like a premium unboxing than an instructional manual. It gave LavION a piece of content that did double duty — building trust and removing the last barrier to purchase in one watch.
