HEADSHOT MINI SESSION TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a Headshot Mini Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Session Fee & Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your session time. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Due to the limited nature of mini sessions, all bookings are non-refundable. One reschedule may be permitted with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and camera-ready. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered within 14 business days via an online gallery. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons.
Image Selection
Your session includes at least 5 professionally edited images chosen at photographers discression. Additional edited images may be purchased separately.
Editing
Images will receive standard professional retouching, including color correction, exposure adjustments, and minor skin retouching. Extensive retouching requests may incur an additional fee.
Usage Rights
Clients receive personal and professional usage rights for marketing, social media, websites, LinkedIn, and promotional purposes. Photographer retains copyright ownership of all images.
Model Release
By participating in the session, you grant Before Anything Else, Socials (BAES) permission to use photographs from your session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your session.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of severe weather, illness, or circumstances beyond the photographer's control, the session may be rescheduled to a future date.
Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
